| 3DNA Submicro™ Expression Array Detection Kits are available in two formats with two different fluorescent labels. Blotting kits are available in three different labeling formats and three different sizes. The labeling formats are EasyAP direct alkaline phosphatase labeling, digoxigenin and 32P. Each kit comes with a specific labeling oligonucleotide. 3DNA EasyAP kits include labeling oligonucleotides with directly conjugated alkaline phosphatase. The oligos in 3DNA Digoxigenin kits have 5' digoxigenin modifications, and 3DNA 32P oligos have free 5' OH groups ready for kinase labeling. 3DNA blotting kits are available in Starter, Standard and Custom sizes. The Starter and Standard sizes provide flexible labeling for multiple probes. Custom probes are designed for large volume projects that need maximum efficiency and reproduceability. |
