3DNA Expression Array Detection Kits offer researchers who work with gene expression microarrays a truly dependable labeling and detection system. These kits are also extremely sensitive and easy to use. Labeling of poly (A)+ RNA with the Submicro oligo or Submicro EX kit requires use of Genisphere SCL spin columns, which are included in the Submicro EX trial kit.

  Detects low expression messages in about 1 to 5 µg of total RNA (Submicro and Submicro oligo kits) or 50 to 250 ng poly(A)⁺ RNA (Submicro EX and Submicro Oligo kit).

• Unprecedented reproducibility
  Enables expression changes as small as 50% to achieve significance to a 99% confidence level.

• Fast, easy protocol:
  Reduces total "hands-on" time for labeling microgram quantities of total RNA to about 30 minutes (Submicro and Submicro oligo kits), or for labeling larger RNA samples to about 15 minutes (Submicro EX and Submicro Oligo kit).

• 4-channel system
  Allows hybridization of four samples to each array, reducing by two-thirds the number of arrays and hybridizations needed.
