Genisphere's Award Winning Microarray Product Line offers a wide variety of microarray labeling kits for microRNA arrays and Gene Expression arrays.

microRNA Labeling Kit Selection Guide

FlashTag kits provide ultrasensitive microRNA labeling in 45 minutes, with no purification steps required. FlashTag microRNA labeling kits work with either Total RNA or samples enriched for Low Molecular Weight RNA. FlashTag has been validated on commercially available miRNA arrays including: Affymetrix, Invitrogen, Exiqon, and Febit.

Gene Expression Kit Selection Guide

Genisphere offers Array 50, Array 350, and Array 900 labeling kits for intact total and poly(A) RNA samples. The difference among the kits is the amount of RNA that is required for labeling:

Array 50: 10-20ug Total RNA
Array 350: 1-5ug Total RNA
Array 900: 0.25-1ug Total RNA

Each product offers excellent sensitivity an easy protocol. The Array 50 kit is compatible with hybridization stations and large-volume hybridization chambers. The Array 900 kit offers a special procedure for cDNA synthesis to avoid cDNA concentration, which saves time and money.

The Array 900MPX kit is for labeling degraded RNA or prokaryotic RNA samples. Only 0.5-2 µg total RNA is required. Since many clinical samples are partially degraded, Array 900MPX is the product of choice for precious RNA samples. The Array 900MPX kit will also label any DNA sample (genomic DNA, PCR products, oligonucleotides) for hybridization to oligo, cDNA or BAC/PAC arrays.
