Genisphere's new Array 350 microarray labeling kit produces data of consistently exceptional quality on both cDNA and oligo arrays. The kit is easy to use, because it employs the same simple protocol for every array. The kit's exquisite sensitivity, proprietary LNA blocker and freedom from dye incorporation bias combine to give you differential data superior to that produced by any conventional labeling method.

Features and benefits:

  High sensitivity
Detects low expression messages in about 1 to 5 µg of eukaryotic total RNA or 50 to 250 ng of poly(A)+ RNA

  Fast, easy protocol
Reduces total “hands on” time for labeling microgram quantities of total RNA to about 30 minutes, or for labeling larger RNA samples to about 15 minutes

  Unprecedented reproducibility
Capable of detecting expression changes as small as 40% with a 99% confidence level

  Accurate expression measurement
Produces data unaffected by genomic contamination and polyA/polyT binding, which can cause conventional labeling methods to produce inaccurate expression measurements
