The 3DNA Dendrimer in the FlashTag kit provides signal amplification, which allows you to label less RNA. Only 0.5-3µg of Total RNA is required. Or, you can use the LMW RNA enriched from 0.5-3µg of Total RNA.

Even smaller RNA samples may be amplified with SenseAMP Plus, and then labeled with FlashTag. Our SenseAMP Plus Low Molecular Weight RNA Amplification Kit provides 1,000-fold amplification of LMW RNAs. Since the amplified RNA is in the sense orientation, it is ready for FlashTag labeling!
