RampUP & Ramp UP Plus - Optimized to amplify RNA by >250,000 with 2 rounds. The use of Genisphere’s proprietary Tandem RNA Polymerase Promoter (TRPP) technology allows highly accurate, reproducible, high throughput RNA amplification. Input Total RNA: up to 25ng. Downstream compatibility with with qRT-PCR, glass microarrays, and GeneChip arrays.

SenseAMP & SenseAMP Plus - Optimized to amplify RNA by >1000 fold with 1 round. Allows highly accurate, reproducible, high throughput RNA amplification. Input Total RNA: 25ng-2ug. Downstream compatibility with with qRT-PCR, glass microarrays, and GeneChip arrays (SenseAMP Plus).
Low Molecular Weight RNA Amplification
SenseAMP Plus - Optimized protocol for Low Molecular Weight RNA samples, including severely degraded RNA, piRNA, miRNA, snRNA, hnRNA, etc. Amplify by >1000 fold with 1 round.
