Comparison of the Genisphere Kits' LNA dT blocker to standard oligo dT blocker

A series of three experiments was run on mouse cDNA arrays to compare the effects of different dT blockers on the observed differential. Experiments were run with no dT blocker, standard dT 70 blocker, and Genisphere's new LNA dT blocker. The experiments show that use of the LNA blocker increases the number of spots producing significant differential by 75% compared to standard dT blocker
